New Warehouse Turnkey Installation
A move to a new building is a rare chance to get everything right from day one — but only if the details are handled before the doors open. When Fastco outgrew their space, they wanted the new one fully sorted, down to the last shelf. Here's how we got them there.
THE challenge
Steady growth had Fastco upgrading to a new building, and they needed it fully operational from the start — not just walls and racking, but a complete, working warehouse tailored to how they run. A move like that is easy to get wrong when it's rushed; the goal was to land in the new space ready to work, with nothing left to figure out later.
THE outcome
It started the way these always do — with a sit-down to understand exactly what they needed. From there we built and installed the whole setup: pallet storage, locker rooms for staff, right down to brand-specific colour coordination throughout. Our installation team made sure every industry requirement was met across the build, then left the site clean and ready to go. Fastco moved into a warehouse that was running from day one.
